We want you to love your purchase! If something is not right, you have 14 days from delivery date to initiate a return or exchange.

All packages will be sent via USPS . Let's spread some LOVE! We offer a flat shipping rate of $5.00.
love BIG is based in Boston, MA so transit time will vary. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
